SCHINDLER TALKS : For the Love of Slabs and Sticks

Join us this September 30th for a great conversation and virtual walk-through of the Schindler House at Kings Road! Both Peyton and Robert serve on the Board of Friends of the Schindler House and have been involved with The Schindler House for over 40 years. They will discuss the current state of the Schindler House, caring for the house over the years and the technical aspects of what the house needs to stabilize and revitalize it for the next one hundred years.
Peyton Hall, FAIA, is Principal Architect Emeritus of Historic Resources Group in Pasadena, CA; Adjunct Professor, USC; Board member, Friends of the Schindler House; Board member, United States National Committee of the International Council on Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS)
Robert Sweeney is the president of Friends of the Schindler House. He is also the author of Schindler, Kings Road, and Southern California Modernism, Wright in Hollywood, and Casa del Herrero.
